Post-Brexit – opportunities for cooperation between universities and regions

Regional and Local Affairs
Date: Thursday, 08 November 2018

Venue: Berlin’s Liaison Office to the EU  |  City: Bruxelles

Private event

Brexit is soon upon us and there is uncertainty whether there will be a soft or hard Brexit. This uncertainty is not only weakening the universities in the UK but also potential partners in the rest of the EU.

In regard to this, the Opening Science WG is organising a meeting with the aim to learn more about the political state of play and to look at already existing schemes that have been put in place to secure cooperation between universities and regions post-Brexit.

As such, we are currently looking for examples of these types of schemes and regions/universities who would be interested in presenting their experiences at our event.
