Comparative Law Forum - The right to respect for private life: Digital challenges

The 3rd Annual Comparative Law Forum will analyse the right to respect for private life. University professors will explain how this right is recognised in the EU, the Council of Europe, countries of common law tradition (Canada, UK, USA) and countries of continental Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland), and how it faces digital challenges arising from technological change. Constitutional judges from various jurisdictions will participate in three different panels.
